The department of Private and Economic Law of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel was awarded the public contract no. 2019/D/19 by the Common Community Commission. This contract includes an examination of the legal and other difficulties resulting from a fragmentation of legislative powers in the field of youth protection between the Flemish, French and German communities and the federal state. The research team consists of Prof. dr. Elisabeth Alofs, dr. Sofie De Bus, Prof. dr. Erna Guldix and Prof. dr. Aube Wirtgen.
